What to Expect:

  • In this role, you will support the back office operating in Europe and beyond by handling accounting daily tasks
  • You may assist other departments (supply department) which sell accessories and supplies to customers
  • Your responsibilities may include handling documents, collaborating with international offices, and preparing and reviewing documents as instructed by management
  • Tasks will involve preparing, executing, reviewing, and filing documents, letters, and requests as instructed by the Accounting Supervisor, Accounting Manager and General Manager
  • Other duties may be required or requested by the employer, including those mandated by German labor laws and local regulations
  • This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with flexibility available. Salary will be decided based on experience

Your qualification

  • Accounting Skills: Proficiency in handling daily accounting tasks and working with financial documents.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to prepare, review, and file documents accurately and efficiently.
  • Organizational Skills: Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication abilities to collaborate effectively with international offices and different departments.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to take on additional duties as required and to adjust working hours as necessary.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to assist other departments and work well as part of a team.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software and general office technology.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle issues that arise in a professional and effective manner.
  • German proficiency is not required, but reading and writing in English is preferred.
